Penne with herbs of Botontano


For this dish we use aromatic herbs home grown in the villa’s vegetable garden, erba cipollina, dragoncello , timo, cefoglio, maggiorana, basilico.

Chop the herbs and mix them with some high quality extra virgin olive oil.

Dress the pasta with the herb sauce and sprinkle grated dry ricotta over the top.
